INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING ISC USING YOUR SKYROCK PAGE (or any site where your songs can be listened to)

To enter your songs:

1. copy the Entry Form below, paste it into an email, fill out all the information and send it to payment@songwritingcompetition.com (please send via email, do not use messaging or blog)

2. please make sure to include payment: $35 per entry (ISC does not accept foreign currencies, US funds only); payment may be made through PayPal (payment@songwritingcompetition.com) or Credit Card; see PAYMENT METHOD below for more information (please note entries will not be processed until payment has been received)

3. please read the entire entry form below for rules, regulations and payment method

Entrant may submit as many songs as desired in each category. Entrant may also enter the same song in more than one category. If you want to enter more songs than you have on your page or if you have any questions, please contact the ISC help desk at: support@songwritingcompetition.com or call the ISC office directly at: 615-251-4441.

Please note: ISC will listen to your song(s) on the given page, so any songs entered into ISC must remain on the respected page for the duration of the competition, at least until the end of February, 2010, so that ISC has access to them.

* You may submit comedy songs, seasonal songs, patriotic songs, novelty songs, etc. - this is your chance to enter songs that don't fit into any other category.

** If you are entering the Teen category, you must fill out your date of birth at the bottom. All songwriters entering the Teen category must be 18 years old or younger on or before December 31, 2009. All genres of music are accepted in the Teen category. Entering this category does not exclude you from entering other categories as well.

*** This category is judged on both songwriting and the performance of the song. Here's your chance to show off your performance skills. All genres of music are accepted in this category, including Spoken Word.

IF ENTERING MUSIC VIDEO CATEGORY

• Please give ISC the URL of a website where the video can be viewed and ISC will go to the website and view it there. ISC will go to YouTube, your Skyrock page, your MySpace page, your website, or any other website. Easy!

ADDITIONAL ENTRIES ARE AN ADDITIONAL $35 EACH

If you enter one song in multiple categories or more than one song in one or multiple category(ies), your entry fee must correlate to the number of individual entries. For example, one song in one category is $35, one song in two different categories is $70, two songs in the same category is $70, etc...

Entries must be received on or before December 2nd, 2009.

ISC does not accept foreign currencies, US funds only
